Welcome to Vest Profiling (Pty) Ltd, an industry leader in laser and waterjet cutting in South Africa.
Since 2005, we’ve specialised in profile cutting services in the greater Vaal Triangle area, Meyerton, and Johannesburg South. We’re the go-to supplier of laser and waterjet cutting services to some of the biggest companies and corporations in Southern Africa.
Our 2 x 4-metre and 2 x 6-metre waterjet cutting machines and 2.5 x 6-metre 20 kW fibre laser machines are some of the biggest in South Africa. As a result, we can cut any material – from the most rigid steel to the most fragile glass.
Vest Profiling offers Profile Cutting Services and has worked diligently for nearly two decades to become a leading provider of laser-cutting and water jet-cutting services in South Africa.
Our laser cutting bed is 6 x 2.5 metres and uses a 20 kW power source. As a result, we can cut up to 50 mm carbon steel and 35 mm stainless steel with tolerances up to 0.2 mm.
Our waterjet cutting services use sophisticated CNC technology to ensure precision, even with custom designs. Using digital technology, we can transform designs into functional components and materials using several different materials. One of the most significant advantages of waterjet cutting is that it does not introduce heat to the material being cut.
